Return & Exchanges


We always want to meet our customers’ respect all the time. Sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our return and exchange policy.

ITEM / EXCHANGE
• The wrong item received
• Damage/defect products

Exchange Guidelines:
Exchange is available if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 2 days upon receipt. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. 

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

REFUND
Refund can only be made if there is an error on our or manufacturer part (such as incorrect / damaged / defected item).
• Refund will be done in 20 working days after we have received the return.
• Refund will be made to your bank or PayPal account, whichever you prefer.

PRODUCT(S) THAT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED :
1.  Product(s) in FREESIZE / ALLSIZE
2.  Product(s) from SALE category (except defect)
3.  Accessories
4.  Dislike, doesn’t match, etc.

TERMS :
1.  Maximum of 2 (two) working days after received
2.  Product(s) in its original condition, material does not deformed, odorless, etc.
3.  Unused (haven’t worn) and unwashed (haven’t been soaked)
4.  Price tag and label in undamaged and attached condition
5.  Products that deliberately destroyed will return to customers

At this time, we do not support returns for items shipped internationally.
