We use following courier service :
1. Domestic
We ship nationship to all cities in Indonesia. We use JNE Shipping Company ( www.jne.co.id ). We offer two options delivery : Regular Service (REG) and Express Service (YES).
2. International
We ship worldwide. We use EMS POS INDONESIA ( ems.posindonesia.co.id ).
Shipping Rates
Our rates are based on JNE and EMS official websites. Customers will be charged shipping fee based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
• We ship Express orders in the same day, as long as payment has been confirmed before 09 AM. Express order's payment that is confirmed after 09 AM will be shipped the next business day.
• There are no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
• Customer's order only will be processed once we received invoice full amount transfer (including shipping fees).
• No orders can be canceled after shipped.
• You will receive your tracking number in your email as soon as your order ships.
